Chalet Toksol — valid from 1 January 2024

1. Operator

The operator of Chalet Toksol accommodation is:

2. Subject of Contract

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations of the operator and the client when booking and using accommodation services at Chalet Toksol (hereinafter "the Chalet"). By completing a reservation, the client expressly agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Reservation and Booking

A reservation can be made via the online booking system on the website www.toksol.cz, by e-mail, or by phone. The reservation is binding once confirmed in writing by the operator and the deposit (advance payment) is received.

The client is obliged to provide correct and complete contact information when making the reservation. The operator reserves the right to refuse a reservation without stating a reason.

4. Prices and Payment

The prices listed on the website are valid at the time of booking. The operator reserves the right to change prices; already confirmed reservations are not affected by a price change.

A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation price is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the start of the stay (or upon arrival, as agreed). Payment is possible by bank transfer or in cash.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated to the operator in writing (by e-mail). The following cancellation fees apply:

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: — 100% of the deposit is refunded.
  • Cancellation 15–30 days before arrival: — 50% of the deposit is refunded.
  • Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: — the deposit is non-refundable.
  • No-show: — the full amount is non-refundable.

If the operator is forced to cancel the reservation for serious reasons (force majeure, technical issues, etc.), the client will be notified immediately and the full amount paid will be refunded.

6. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in is from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance subject to availability.

7. House Rules

Guests are obliged to comply with the Chalet house rules, which are posted on the premises and handed over upon check-in. In particular:

  • Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the Chalet.
  • Pets are allowed only with the operator's prior consent.
  • The maximum number of persons staying at the Chalet must not exceed the agreed capacity.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

8. Security Deposit

The operator may require a refundable security deposit of 5,000 CZK upon check-in, which is returned after check-out provided no damage has been found.

9. Liability

The operator is not liable for damage to, loss of, or theft of the client's personal belongings during the stay. Guests use all facilities, outdoor areas, and water features at their own risk. The operator is not responsible for accidents.

10. Personal Data

Personal data provided by the client is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legislation (GDPR).

11. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Czech law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent Czech court. The operator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions; the version in effect at the time of reservation applies.

These Terms and Conditions are effective from 1 January 2024.
